Hi Danny,

Actually, the Webster textbook IS in there. Most of the material posted here is from Dr. Dallaire’s 2006 SBL presentation (prior to the Cambridge book being published). If you look at the ETS2009 document you will see that Webster’s book is one of the 5 summarized.
