Actually, the Webster textbook IS in there. Most of the material posted here is from Dr. Dallaire&#039;s 2006 SBL presentation (prior to the Cambridge book being published). If you look at the ETS2009 document you will see that Webster&#039;s book is one of the 5 summarized.
